Administration & Marketing

The Administration & Marketing Division manages the organization’s volunteer leadership, accounting, and human resource functions. Marketing, fundraising, and event management are also functions of this division.


Jenny Trick

Jenny Trick is the Executive Director of the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC), and has been with RCEDC since 1992. Trick has worked in a variety of capacities with RCEDC including business finance, community development, traditional economic development and business recruitment and growth of existing businesses. She now serves as the organization's executive director.

Trick holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.




Nick Johnson
Accounting Manager


Nicholas (Nick) Johnson, the Accounting Manager for RCEDC, is responsible for all financial management operations of the corporation. Nick works closely with all RCEDC divisions to ensure the proper reporting and accounting standards are met.

Prior to joining RCEDC in December of 2014, Nick had spent 4 years in the public accounting industry. While in public accounting, Nick focused on areas of financial reporting, as well as individual and corporate tax.

Nick holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in December 2015.



Lynn Beauchesne
Administrative Assistant


Lynn Beauchesne is the Administrative Assistant of the Racine County Economic Development Corporation.   Beauchesne has worked in the finance department at General Electric and in the banking industry at Fidelity Information Management Systems (FIS).

Lynn received her Bachelor of Science in Business Education degree from UW-Whitewater and has received Microsoft Certified Professional and Desktop Support Technician certifications.
