Cordstrap’s operations were housed in a 40,000 sq ft facility when it began its manufacturing and distribution of polyester strapping systems.  As the market expanded, so too did their requirement for more space.  As an interim step, the company leased 20,000 sq ft within a nearby facility.  With continued growth the company determined that a larger facility was required.  The company moved to a 85,000 sq ft facility in 2011.
