Laura Million
Business Development Manager

Laura Million, RCEDC’s Business Development Manager, supports Racine County’s existing businesses, facilitating local, state and federal resources to improve and expand their businesses in Racine County. She joined RCEDC in 2010.

Previously, Laura analyzed regional economic development policy at the Public Policy Forum in Milwaukee. She also has supported government contracts for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development while employed with Aspen Systems and Lockheed Martin in Rockville, MD.

Laura received her undergraduate degree from Sweet Briar College in Economics and Government and her Masters in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.





Rachana Kothari
Brownfield Redevelopment & Research Specialist

Rachana Kothari is the Brownfield Redevelopment and Research Specialist for the Racine County Economic Development Corporation. She aids the City of Racine in the cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated properties and supports Racine County's location proposition through market research for business investments. She joined RCEDC in September 2014.

Rachana brings prior experiences in research, GIS, design, marketing and project management. She holds her Undergraduate degree in Architecture from India and Masters in Urban Planning with a concentration in GIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.



Jordan Brown

Business Recruitment Specialist




Jordan Brown is RCEDC’s Business Recruitment Specialist. Jordan's responsibilities include the recruitment and development of new businesses, confidential location assistance, the generation of a custom site and community data and international business services.

Jordan received his B.G.S. from the University of Kansas and his Master’s in Urban Planning with a Concentration in Real Estate Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  He was previously RCEDC's Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist.
