Union Grove seeking developers for old mill site

Machinery Row work could start in two weeks

RACINE — Work on the estimated $65 million Machinery Row reconstruction project could start within two weeks, as soon as the state gives the OK, an attorney involved said Wednesday.  The Machinery Row plan is to redevelop 20 riverfront acres north of Water Street and east of Marquette Street.
